TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HOLIDAY CARAVAN HIRE

Authority to stay

You certify that you are over the age of 18 years and will be a member of the party occupying the holiday caravan and are authorised to agree these Booking Conditions on behalf of all members of your party so as to bind all of you by them. No more than a maximum of 6 persons to stay in a 2 bedroom holiday caravan, this number includes children and babies.

Payment

A £50 deposit via credit / debit card is required at booking. The final balance of the holiday is due 4 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday start date unless otherwise agreed at time of booking. If final payment is not received by the final due date the holiday is liable to be canceled and the booking deposit will be applied to administration costs and re-advertising of the holiday date.

Cancellation

If the holiday is cancelled in excess of 28 days a refund of the full cost of the holiday will be given, less £50 to cover administration costs.

If the holiday is cancelled with less than 28 days notice before commencement, G P Holidays will use their best endeavors to re-let the holiday caravan.

If the holiday caravan is re let you will receive a refund to the value of the re-let dates, less £50 which will be applied to administration costs.

If the holiday caravan is not re let, G P Holidays shall be entitled to retain all or any part of the monies that have been paid.

Cancellation of the holiday should in the first instance be made to G P Holidays by telephone supported by confirmation in writing.

Unforeseen circumstances

Should the holiday caravan become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be given.

Arrival and departure

The holiday caravan will be available for you to take up occupation from 3 pm on the day of arrival and MUST be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. These times may be varied by prior mutual agreement only and also for weekend and midweek bookings.

Bed linen

Beds in the caravan must not be used unless they have bed linen on them failure to do so may result in a cleaning charge.

Accommodation

Accommodation and its contents must be left in an undamaged, clean and tidy condition and all rubbish removed. You will be responsible for all damage , replacement and extra cleaning time.

Guest are entirely responsible for any accidents or damage caused by their own electrical appliances brought into the holiday home. The electricity supply must only be used for lighting, television & low power electrical items as per site rules. Charging of electric vehicles is not allowed

Guests are also entirely responsible for accidents or damage caused by misuse or neglect of any electrical appliances provided in the holiday caravan itself.

Duvets and pillows are supplied for the number of persons named on the booking form only.

Bedding is not provided for travel cots.

When leaving the holiday caravan unoccupied all doors must be locked, all heaters and appropriate plug points turned off and windows closed securely to protect its contents.

No smoking is allowed in the caravan.

We do not allow single sex groups in the holiday caravan, as per site rules.

Dogs are not permitted in the caravan unless prior arrangement is made with G P Holidays.

No more than 8 people (including visiting guests) are allowed at any time in the holiday caravan, unless prior agreement has been made with G P Holidays.

Health and safety

It is your responsibility to inform us immediately, and not to use, appliances, fixtures and fittings which you have found to be faulty or consider unsafe.

You are responsible for your own actions both inside and outside the caravan, and to use the caravan and its appliances, contents, fixtures and fittings in a proper and safe manner.

We accept no responsibility for misuse of any contents, appliances, fixtures and fittings.

You are responsible to supervise all members of your party in your care whilst in occupation of the caravan.

Noise nuisance/unclean behaviour

The management at the holiday park will not tolerate unreasonable noise levels or unclean behaviour on the park and in the accommodation. Complaints will be reported to the park manager who will visit the offending party. It will be at the Park Managers discretion as to whether such offending party is removed from the park.

Keys

Keys must be returned to reception or keysafe immediately upon vacating the holiday caravan on the day of departure. You will be responsible for keeping the keys safe during the holiday. There is a £10 charge for any keys lost or not returned to the parks reception after departure.

Lost Property

It is the customers responsibility to inform G P Holidays if any of their personal belongings have been left behind after the holiday. Returned items will be subject to a £10 handling charge plus the cost of postage and packaging.

Owners rights

G P Holidays reserve the right to refuse any booking or terminate any holiday if the terms and conditions are broken.

Holiday Park Facilities

G P Holidays does not accept liability for alterations to the entertainment programs or park facilities from those currently advertised. You are bound by the rules of the park at all time.

Holiday Insurance

We do not provide holiday insurance. You will be responsible for arranging your own insurance in case of cancellation. Please note that our general insurance does not cover your valuables or belongings.
